Working with Cinci made the renovation so worth it. She turned a big unused room into 2 rooms that are used constantly. The butler's pantry is packed with storage, a frig, sink, and dishwasher and great counter surface when we have friends over. The cozy mudroom is our dogs' favorite spot when we're not home and has all the room we need for them. She has such great ideas and vision to help make renovations fit right into the house. Cinci has been amazing for us. She designed our first "Dream Home" in 2003, and has now designed our Retirement FarmHouse and Barn. Her work is not only detailed, it is art. She worked with us to find out what we loved and then made it work in designs and plans that truely inspire and make our hearts jump! We love her!

Cinci is worth the wait! I waited 8 weeks to begin working with Cinci, and she completed my project in a timely manner. She designed my master bathroom vanity. I loved her ideas for the cabinetry and mirrors. She also advised me on bathtub placement, shower design, ceiling trays, and other details. She recommended an interior designer to shop with and a general contractor, both of which were great. I highly recommend Cinci and her team!

Can't speak highly enough about our experience with Cynthia - She was professional from the start and offered great ideas along the way - Our kitchen remodel turned out even better than we had dreamed (Included knocking down a couple of walls) Absolutely could not have done it without Cynthia! We had to wait just a bit to fit into her schedule, but she was 100% worth it!

This is the second time I've used Cinci to create the perfect space! The first time 11 years ago was a significant kitchen remodel (moved the kitchen to another room), which still held up in style and design 11 years later when I sold the home. Cinci was the creator of the "perfect" lake home for our retirement. She listens well, really care about what her customers want, pushes back when she doesn't agree, but brings to great result. Highly recommend her for all architectural design needs.

Cinci is an incredibly creative and talented architect. We've worked with her now on two different properties, and the effectiveness of her work has proven to be exceptional. In each case, my wife and I had only general ideas about our objectives, and Cinci worked with us to turn those thoughts into a complete vision and a detailed plan. Her intuition and design sense is amazing, and we simply couldn't be more pleased with the results. The next time we need an architect to partner with, we'll be going straight back to Cinci.

Cynthia was absolutely wonderful! She took the dreams that we had for our house and made them a reality. We were so impressed with how she knew exactly what needed to be done and was able to explain it all to us. Having her guidance throughout the process from the very beginning to work completion was a relief to us. Her calm demeanor and experience were obvious and reassuring. I cannot limit the expression of my satisfaction and joy of working with Cynthia Karegeannes to just a few words. I can describe our experience working with her remodeling a 1970 built ranch house that was a bunch of small rooms with lots of underutilized space. Cinci, in addition to being the very competent architect that she is, patiently listened to our ideas and wishes for a dream retirement house and then blended her special design skills to create a plan that exceeded our dreams. She took a 4 small bedroom house which had no guest powder room, no master suite, little light, poor electrical features, and a very large project room and built within that footprint a large master suite, 2-1/2 other bathrooms, an existing living room and dining room, a large kitchen, a huge walk in pantry, and a large storage room. Outside the footprint she added a lovely vaulted ceiling sunroom to the den with sliding doors and opened the adjacent wall between the den/sunroom and the kitchen allowing a flood of light and openness. In addition she designed a new carport attached to a new woodworking shop. The project is now under construction. She is available within a short time of the same day anytime we call, has an immediate recall of even the smallest details and treats us as if we were the only people in the world. We have long since forgotten her fee but will always remember that we were always treated with kindness and respect. We will remember the joy in her voice when she saw even small pieces of the project come through leaving us with the feeling that she was designing and building her own house as well as hours.

We used Cynthia to help us develop plans for our kitchen renovation. Our kitchen was small with an awkwardly placed pantry, no counter space, and no opportunity to expand the footprint. She was wonderful to work with and offered us a plan which made the best use of the space. We just finished the kitchen and not only is it beautiful, but it is more functional and it feels so much bigger. We couldn't be happier.

Cinci was amazing to work with on our major kitchen renovation! We had many revisions to our drawings before they were finalized and she was more than willing to do whatever was needed in order to get them exactly as we wanted. I hired Cinci two years ago to help me design and renovate our main floor and kitchen. She had great ideas and designed a great flow to our main floor and kitchen that took advantage of all our available space for our large family. Cinci drew up our plans and also gave me many additional design ideas and suggestions on where to shop which saved me time and money. She was so easy to work with.
