Creative Landscape Depot

I've ordered before from Creative Landscape Depot in St. Jacob's. They are a great company. The reason for the 2 star review and why I won't be going back to purchase from them is because I ordered 1-3 inch river rock and when it was delivered, it was more like 2-6" , with at least 30-40% larger than 4 inches. Because I was trying to blend this with flower beds that have 1-3" rock, I cannot use this. I specifically asked for 1-3". When I contacted the company, their response was, "this is what our supplier sent us and we have no control over it so this is what you received". Interesting sales strategy.

A great bunch of people always willing to make sure I have what I need for my landscaping needs. I'm offered fantastic pricing to boot. No reason to shop anywhere else.

We love our fireplace! We invested in an outdoor fireplace - the Dekko Avera 60" - and we just love it. The service at Creative Landscape Depot was fantastic. We made a mistake with the colour we ordered and were so concerned when it arrived, but Linda quickly made some arrangements and was able to get us the fireplace we were hoping for. Creative Landscape Depot is by far the BEST depot within the Kitchener/Waterloo. There staff is extremely knowledgeable and as for working with their clients, they will give the proper advice as they pride themselves on customer service.
