I ordered a mirror from Lyvonne at Essentialsinside.com. The product is beautiful and well-made, and the customer service was fantastic. There was a bit of a mix up with the delivery address --which was entirely my fault-- and Lyvonne was extremely helpful, patient and accommodating. She followed up with me via email and telephone every step of the process, from my initial order until after the mirror had been received and inspected. I will definitely order from this website again!

Ordered 3 of the Alita Champagne Metal Pendant Lights They are beautiful and also unique from all other pendants - I did alot of shopping! Not only is the product great but the added bonus was working with Lyvonne. She is very helpful! Excellent customer service. Thank you!

Most consumers would agree service after purchase is as inportant as the actual purchase itself. I was fortunate enough to fine the essentials inside web site just by chance. The web site was suitable for the purchase I needed at the time. Nothing in my previous experiences as a consumer can compare to the service provided by Lyvonne. Lyvonne was exceptional during and after the point of sale. She was as concern with the delivery and install process to the point she made me feel I had an aunt in the business. Lyvonne at Essentials Inside was beyond incredible to work with. I only wish every other company out there had the customer relations as this company. I ordered a mirror from Essentials Inside and it was shattered during delivery. I called Essentials Inside at 6:30PM on a Friday night and the first words I heard were, "I am terribly sorry, what can I do to rectify?" From then on, I received great service including a confirmation phone call back, emails with updates on the new delivery and when the original mirror would be picked up. It was a pleasure ordering from Essentials Inside and I look foward to working with them again. And on top of the amazing customer service, we are thrilled with our new mirror. It is beautiful.

I fall in love with Alita Champane pendant lamp, and ordered it during last holiday season. The price was cheaper than any other store - more than $100! They pay shipping too! My shipment didn't come on time because of the busy time. The Essentials Inside owner kept in touch with me until I get the lamp safely. She emailed me everyday to let me know where the package are. As soon as I got the pendant lamp, I ordered wall scone too. The Alita lamp goes with any kind of room; modern , classic, or funky! Thanks for good service, Essentials Inside!!

I discovered Essentials inside initially through Twitter. Later, I found them on Houzz. I have ordered multiple items from Essentials Inside. The customer service is outstanding. The ordering process was so easy, the order shipped immediately, and the pieces were even better in person. They even followed up with me to make sure I was happy. I will definitely continue to order through their website and follow their design inspirations.
