Janet is friendly, professional, and will make sure your project is perfect. During our kitchen reno, we carved out a banquette under a bay window and the cushions Janet made for it are crafted so beautifully. The tufted back cushions were coming off the wall at first use and Janet came back several times to troubleshoot and we haven’t had an issue since. Definitely worth the price for her quality craftsmanship!

We've purchased custom drapes and valences, roller blinds, faux wood blinds, and layered shades from JMittman Designs, for both our old house and our new one, and we've always been incredibly happy working with Janet. This past year, we purchased new shades and blinds from her for every window in our newly renovated house. Janet helped us select styles that worked with our decor and our budget. She communicated well throughout the process and scheduled safe installation, following COVID restriction guidelines. Her installer is fantastic! We remodeled the first floor of our home and I contacted Janet to help me with all the finishing touches. I could not be happier with the outcome. She made my new space cozy and complete. She created custom curtains, pillows and cushions for us. It was a very smooth experience and she was able to present me with some fabrics that I LOVE. I told her what I wanted and she came through. Janet made curtains for my bedroom. I could not be more pleased. They are beautiful panels with a decorative trim on wrought iron rods with a french return. I can't wait to have her make more window treatments for other rooms. She came to install them and was super fast and efficient.

Janet does amazing work! She replaced a window seat cushion for us, and it is lovely. The new pattern in the fabric is quite busy, and Janet matched all edges/piping/zipper cover perfectly so it all looks like one continuous pattern. Janet is also very professional and easy to work with, and goes out of her way to accommodate her customers. I would call her again in a heartbeat if we need upholstery work done again!
