Budget Blinds of SE Columbus & Lancaster OH Woven wood blinds are offered by many different companies. These appear to be a flat fold with no valance, unlined. The material looks pretty basic and most window covering companies will have something very similar. Depending on your location, Budget Blinds probably has a office near you.
