Ceiling fan
Just upgraded our kitchen with marble and jenair black and stainless appliances. my boyfriend wants to put a ceiling fan above the kitchen table again and even thought he bought a more current style and feel that it is an outdated look over all. We also do have an island. Any input?

brm2 In the same position, just hoping someone could answer your question definitely I will be placing one above dining table but not sure if I should place one next to island and counter tops.

Lisa Jenkins I would say no to a ceiling fan any where in the kitchen or dining. Only because I have to I allow one in the bedroom. Lighting is the jewelry in your house. If you must, at least be stylish about it.
