3 Bedroom Layout Design
Here's a chance for all the artistic minded or keen architects to show their talent.
I have just bought a new Semi Detached bungalow with a dormer conversion. There are 4 bedrooms and a reasonably sized wasted landing upstairs; the bathroom is currently downstairs. I am hoping to remodel the house so that I have 3 double bedrooms (ensuite to the master) and a family bathroom upstairs.
Points to consider:
There are no supporting walls upstairs - all Stud partitions.
The house offers spectacular views from the front (East) elevation.
The toilet waste pipe is located along the North external wall.
Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you. Mark

Here is some dimensions to work with. They are fairly accurate however, I suspect that one or two of the walls are not 100% square as a few sizes didnt quite add up. ps, the stud walls are approximately 100mm
A room to fit a double bed would suffice, with possibly built in wardrobe/ cupboard space; maybe a king size in the master bedroom. Also, the main wall running across the house from front to back is slanted a little where the high ceiling meets the dormer, but even at its lowest its still 2100mm so shouldn't cause any issues with space.
Thank mark
