Need Help Choosing a Pool Refinish Color
I have put pavers on the pool deck, and will be refinishing the pool...I have chosen the black finish by Stonescapes...I would love feedback. I like the idea of black, but have had some people trying to talk me out of it...please see the pic and share your thoughts

Emily Hurley I am a huge fan of black bottomed pools. If given the option, that is almost always what I opt for. It just always feels more luxurious to me.

baxter123 I would not like to swim in a black bottomed pool. I would always wonder if "something" was swimming in the pool with me!

AMN It's not opaque when you use black by Stonescapes. If you look at images of pool that have this finish, the resulting color is a medium-dark muted slate blue color. I think it will look nice with the pavers. Good luck.

mark617 Thanks for the input, fellow houzzer's, I went with my gut and did the black pebble by Stonescapes. My installer did a great job, from what I can tell, and I will add better photos once the water has been shocked and treated. It looks great to me even without it being treated...but the pic I took does not do it justice. I will take some better pics soon to show the true colors. I could not be happier!!!! Thanks again for your input!!!!

mark617 It's been a crazy few weeks...finally got the house painted, and picked up a few new items, a fire pit and a new patio set...does anyone use the ventless gel fire tables? I just purchased one and I love it! Enjoy the pics!
