Love my bedroom, hate this wall
This wall bugs the hell out of me. It seems unfinished . I don't love having the tv on the wall but I lost the battle with hubby. I'm lost for ideas on how to fix the problem. The room colors are golden yellow the dark wood and slate blue accents. The style is eclectic. Maybe it is as simple as adding decor to the dresser?

michigammemom Your TV seems a trifle high, but viewing height comes down to personal preference. I do think that some decor on the dresser will help to integrate the TV screen.

Aggie Purvinska I am wondering if you could switch the armoire with the dresser and put the TV in the Armoire. Have two small ottomans or benches on the sides of it.

Dytecture I agree with lowering the TV, perhaps painting the dresser a dark color to match the armoire.

decoenthusiaste I agree with the switch proposed by Angie and would rethink the corner where the jewelry armoire, mirror and chair are. Although the glare from the lamp makes it hard to judge the space available, I think I'd put the jewelry armoire under that picture to the right and angle the chair where it was in the corner. I don't think you have room or need anything to either side of the armoire except the sconces that are already there.

ss555 I would replace the dresser with an armoire that would house the TV.

lisaalper I thought if I put the armoire in that spot, when you walk into the room you would see the side of the unit???

Aggie Purvinska Yes, but hopefully it fits between the scones and if you put benches on each side under the scone, it should be Hunky Dory.

nmadias9808 lower tv or buy taller bureau/dresser and sell current one.Dimmers on sconces will also make you happy.
