Where do you like these wall panels better: family room or dining room?

Emily Hurley Family room. I really like them in that space. :)

Stanton Designs-online design services I like them in the dining room better because I like how they look against the color of your dinning room walls. I would however move them a few inches closer together to make a more dramatic look with them. They look too heavy to be hanging above your sofa. They are grand pieces that look great by themselves...like in your dining room.

tffaulhaber Dining room....agreed. They look better with the dining room colors

Marie Hebson's interiorsBYDESIGN Inc. Dining room - looks better agains the tones of your light fixture - BUT I'd move them closer together, no more than an inch apart...gorgeous!

K.O.H. Construction Corporation dining rm. and yes to moving them closer

Crystal Wall Family room... something with three sections would be nice in the dining room.

Kelly Volz dining room!

nmanspach Dining room. But I agree that they need to be hung closer together.

Sheila White They are to large for the family room. Dining room but closer together.
cottagecozy Family room - they look better with the sofa. They appeared oversized and out of place in the dining room.

BRC Interior Design dining room
i would put one above the other and leave a space in between (space them enough) apart
goes nice with the color (green wall) of the dining room wall
the silver looks very nice - i would then add 1 more item on the wall to make 3 pieces hanging together - have fun !

Home Diva Family room. These are gorgeous, can I ask where you bought them?
Donna Dining room, but I prefer things in odd numbers so maybe a third piece in between the two panels
7 months ago ·
Rose Anna Family room. I think they fit the space better.
Angela Himmer Family room....the pictures in the dinning room are spaced way too far apart!
Denise Martin living room ther colors make them POP more
7 months ago ·
penny2214 Family room, but I think because in the dining room they are too far apart.

stoner0818 This website is great! Thanks for your ideas! I bought these from home decorators.com for a great price too. Very inexpensive.

Darzy I think dining room because of the wall color only.
meredithrichards The pieces seem lost in the Dining Room, whereas they are a focal point as arranged above the couch in the Family Room.

roopdl Family room, they add texture.

jingstad I agree: Dining room...closer together. For a bit of whimsy...what about placing another "sculpture" above them? One of the tall sculptures placed horizontally above your two. The knife and fork horizontally! Just a thought.

Rodenna Avans in the family room

ccwatters They look nice in family room, but with that gorgeous color in your dining room (and moved a bit closer together) , my vote has to be DINING ROOM . They are also very pretty with your chandelier in there!

mollythecollie Would love to know which direction you decide to go. I love them in the Dining room with your beautiful wall, but also like them in the family room.

Carole Dupr They work in both. But they seem a bit heavy or more than you need in the family room. And if you use them in the dining room, they need to be closer together.
Samantha Chilcutt_Crosby Wow...that's a tough question. They do look nice in both rooms. The color in your dining room is so pretty and the pictures look lovely against it. But I think they 'show' just a little more in your family room. Either way, you can't go wrong. :)

Urban Abode Yup - dining room. In the living room, the contrast between the door trim, wall color and art pieces are just too much for my liking - especially due to the size of the pieces. Dining room - looks niiiiice!

cornev Family room

normie94563 I prefer the dining room. Place the pieces closer together, the distant between the 2 pictures try 1/3 of one picture, and wall center the two pictures as a unit.

maggierussell I like them in the dining room. I would put them closer together though. Definitely not in the family room. They clash with the white window treatment.

greenthumb2 what I also love about them is that they are changeable. I suspect you can change their color and some point. If you wanted to improve their shine (if they are metal) -- you could even have them plated some day. dipped. but only if you tire of the look now. I like them just the way they are.

sokodudley31 Dining Room, their scale is too big for the space between the windows in the living room and place them closer together.

markandheidi1 Definitely the dining room closer together.
madredrags DEFINITELY dining room. Move them closer so the space is about half of what it was. They look so much better in there with the similar light fixture colors. They clash with the couch.
kjalbright I would have said the family room, but either room would work if you space them as they are in the family room.

emh4999 Family room and spaced closely. Nice pieces!

stoner0818 Thank you, thank you! Definitely seems dining room won, and I will move them closer together. Now the dilemma of what goes above the couch-- maybe a large clock?
