Focal point shelves ... Need some help, please!
Just starting to arrange some objects on these shelves in my living room. All personal pieces with a story! But need some help in making them more cohesive. Any ideas welcome!

Ana Maria Wittek Have you considered painting the interior of the shelves a soft color or the living room walls? This will warm the space as the accessories are very modern and simple. The top shelf accessories may need more height to fill vertical space. I like the books and more stacked will fill the space. Hope this inspired new ideas.

Natalie Hi---yes I agree, another book or two under the plane for more height... I think the white inside works well to display your pieces but you should consider painting the outside of the cabinet a color-could be any (very, very pale) neutral color, or you could do a white with a little gray, blue, or cream hue to it. Nice pieces by the way. CheerS!
