Bill Fry Construction - Wm. H. Fry Const. Co. Specifically it looks like a Memoirs Kohler Sink. The great thing about Kohler is that they offer so many choices. This sink comes in a variety of widths and offers a number of sink hole options. The Memoirs style also includes toilets, bathtubs, faucets etc... Here's the link:
