Need help for my kitchen celling light

I am posting two pictures , pic 1 of my present kitchen celling where I wanted to remove the fan and put the celling light in pic 2 kindly suggest will it look good . Or some other light ? Pic 3 is also of my kitchen just for an idea

I'd rather see you keep the existing light then change it for the second. The second light looks like the clip-on lights men use to work on their cars in the garage. If you are going for an industrial feel, this light would fit the bill with a softer tone: [houzz=

Olldbob thank you for ur comment , I wanted to remove the fan and put sme other light I found this steel light with 3 lights I some how liked it , wanted to have a suggestion will it look good or no.
