Extreme Transformation
The previous owner of this home spent much time and effort on the yellow faux finish cabinetry, however the new owners wanted a more understated look.

Christopher James Interiors Much better! It would be hard to look at that yellow every morning! Very good job

San Luis Kitchen Co. Thanks! We actually did it with custom sizing all the new cabinets to fit the soffit so they had minimal construction cost, and we got rid of the center ceiling light by raising the center and adding recessed cans.

San Luis Kitchen Co. Yes, well, we felt badly for the previous homeowner who spent so much time adding wallpaper borders and faux finishes - the entire house looked "fancy" like this, to the point that the realtors could not show any interior photos while on the market....Plus, they were typical face frame cabinets with lots of wasted space, so by installing the full access cabinets with rollouts and a great lazy susan in the other corner, the new homeowner has more than enough accessible storage.
Will send more pics later today! Stay tuned....

Paradise Restored Landscaping & Exterior Design Wow! Without being negative regarding the before photo - the after kitchen is such a beautiful (extreme) transformation - like the white with wood and the stainless - 3 cheers for the work and the new owners!

PH Interiors, LLC Is it just me or did the before remind anyone else of eggs, milk and toast??

olldcan Yes to the eggs, milk and toast, sometimes you gotta wonder what they were thinking. The after is a kitchen that you would feel comfortable eating a meal in, even the stove seems happier.

phoenixrusso Thanks to San Luis Kitchen for transforming our kitchen so beautifully! Lee Anna was awesome and worked with our budget. We really loved the house itself and neighborhood but so many walked away from it because of the decor like the kitchen but SLK helped us see the vision of what it could be
