BATHROOM REMODELING
We are in the process of gutting our bathroom My question is what color sink I should get. My tub and toilet are white. My tile is Ivory with tan veins in. Counter is quartz cambria Bradshaw color. IT has some topaz colored speckles in it. I have been told to get a white sink to match other fixtures and also to choose a biscuit colored sink to match the quartz. What should I do?

feeny Definitely a white sink to match the other fixtures. White sinks are timeless. Biscuit colored ones go in and out of style and look dated quickly.

krissy55 Even though there is no white in the counter?

feeny Yes. Our whole kitchen is ivory, with dark countertops and an ivory backsplash, and we still chose a pure white sink. I think it makes even more sense in a bathroom where the white sink will go with the white fixtures in the room. But let's see what others think. I just really dislike the look of biscuit colored sinks. They look outdated to me, and there are just too many design dilemma posts from people with biscuit colored sinks and other fixtures from the 1980's wanting to update the look of their bathrooms to a sleeker, more timeless white.

Stoneshop Go for a white sink--you will be happy that you did. A biscuit sink looks out of place when your toilet and tub are white. It will look great!

ct design studio Another vote for white! Even with no white in the countertop, a biscuit sink would look sad compared to the bright white fixtures.

olldcan White, no question about it. In a few years that biscuit sink will look as sad os the old blue, pink or yellow ones from past.
