Updating my bedroom

Ihave a white bedroom with white duvet,bedside cubes and curtains. my dresser is nice mahogany. i really liked some bedrooms on here which used dark charcoal grey. today i bought myself a new charcoal bedspread - i havent got a bedhead but i wanted to paint the wall behind my bed in charcoal grey but unsure now that i have a charcoal bed. i also want to change my curtains for my large windows which face north. im very impressed with help others have got from this website so be glad of the same.... thank you

houssaon I think you could paint the wall Kendal Charcoal and get grey and white zig-zag curtains. You really don't need a head board. Get a really large framed poster with lots of color to hang over the bed. Check out allposter.com.

olldbobbi For me, your bedroom is missing two things - style cohesion and texture. For starters, I would replace the white pillow with two of these: [houzz=Gray Eye Pillow Cover by The Lacey Placey]

Your bedside lamps are nice, but now with the gray comforter they need a new style: [houzz=Ada Table Lamp]
