Living Room Before & After

We initially didn't care for this 30 year old house when it was on the market but loved the area....walking distance to the beach After a few visits and some imagination we decided to do a "minor reno" to the main floor....5 months later we have redone 2 bathrooms, knocked out walls, taken out a fireplace, rebuilt a new one and pretty much starting from scratch everywhere EXCEPT replacing the kitchen cupboards. Here is what we have done so far....and used Houzz for ideas and inspiration the whole way
