Should I paint my antique mantle?
I have light blue walls and wide white mouldings on my new condo. My living room furniture is brown. I have various other wooden furniture and 2 pale green slipper chairs. I am getting an antique wooden mantle . Should I paint it white? I am concerned my room will be too dark otherwise

mmilos If the wood antique mantle doesn't relate to any of your other wood finishes, I would paint it white to match the trim. Post some pictures of your space for better feedback!
