Needed: Suggestions for Window Treatments
I need help with suggestions for window treatments please!
We are nearly finished with our kitchen/living/dining room renovation. A wall was removed so we could open up the space between our kitchen and our dining room/living room. When you come into the area, you can see many windows. This was by design because during daylight you can see outside to the beautiful trees/property behind/onside of the house. These sides have a western/northern exposure. The color of the paint in the living/dining room is not well represented in these pictures. It is Benjamin Moore - Sweet Butter, a very warm and many varied shade, depending on the time of day. There is an outside deck that covers the 2 double doors and skinny window on one side. The side with the bay and large 3 paned window and window over the over are my biggest concern. Only need to have privacy at night in bay window, window over oven, and 3 paned window. Apologize in advance for the quality of the photos. Thank you.

Cynthia Taylor-Luce I would recommend something simple like Hunter Douglas 'Duette' blinds that stack up very small when not in use and the cartridge at the top is quite compact, which is perfect for your bay window as well as all the others for an inside mount. Then you can add drapery, valances, or whatever decorative treatment you might like on top later or leave them alone. They are available top-down/bottom-up but in your case probably the standard configuration is the best. They can also be mounted on french doors.

Realtor in Tahoe I agree with Cynthia Hunter Douglas has some fantastic blinds that will still allow you to see your view but offer privacy
