What can I do to the front of my cabin it's so plain

Do I need another window?
Do I need some type of decoration I'm stumped!

pcmom1 Adding another window sort of depends on what is going on inside. Do you need that solid wall for an entertainment center?

Is this the front entrance of the house we are seeing? You could create a guest parking pad in that corner. Then that blank wall could hold a couple of narrow planters with a trellis.

decoenthusiaste I deal with a cabin on a regular basis because I manage it as a vacation rental. I wouldn't want to advise cutting an opening before knowing the interior configuration. This could be a great spot for French doors, but need to see inside to decide.

Paradise Restored Landscaping & Exterior Design Maybe something like shown below - stone halfway up - or decorative railing on front or bright colored windowsills or a unique wood box!

pcmom1 Taking a second look, I think if you simply create a nice landscaped area in that corner your problem would be solved! Use stacked stones or railroad ties and make a large elevated area. To that, add soil to craft a mounded area. Add a ginko tree for fall color, some rosemary to trail over, some scotch moss.... It would be beautiful and add great curb appeal!

Charmean Neithart Interiors, LLC. I would definitely add stone. The combination of stone and wood siding is so warm and classic.

Hope that helps. Charmean Neithart
