Finally getting somewhere
Hi all have had some great advise from the discussion board & picked up a lot of hints from the photo's.Thank you to everyone whose brain I picked.
After our contractor bailing on us my wife took over the project & runs all the builders & labour.
Have just finished putting in the ceilings with the recesses still some trim left to do. Folding doors & staircase in. Staircase still to have finish put on it. The dark floor is marble it comes up really nice when cleaned up. Have had marble floors in the old house for 24 years & looks like it was put down yesterday.
Still a lot of work to do but we are getting there.

Don't worry about the scaffolding its how we do it. !!!!!!
We have always had opened planned houses as it is what the climate calls for. large areas that allow a lot of air flow.
