Need Help picking tile to go with vanity top
December 1, 2012 in Photo Questions
I chose a dark cherry vanity with a dark greenish/black/specks of gold or bronze granite top vanity. I am having trouble deciding whether to go with a cool canvas color or warm wheat colored stone look tile. I need some guidance for floor and walls for this small traditional bathroom.

And I don't know how I got the dining room photo shown below. It is not mine.

It would be helpful if you could post a photo of your bath.

It is being demolished for renovation. It had dark green "marble" tiles on the floor. It had white subway tiles up the walls to 48". It is small just 9 x 9 feet. It has one window that has a stained glass top in it. We live in an old farmhouse and want to have a more updated traditional look. I will have to keep the white Portrait toilet and the under mount sink is white in the dark vanity top. There will be a 3 x 4 Swanstone shower with frameless doors. All fixtures are in the Delta Venetian oil rubbed bronze.

Floor and wall tiles are being stripped as we "speak".

Yes, thank you. My daughter also said that and I have picked out soft warm tones in the Swanstine and tiles to play off the warm & golden highlights in the granite top and cherry vanity. It was really hard making up my mind but I don't know why now that I've decided.
