Your room is very formal with the exception of the rug which almost looks like an outdoor rug. Perhaps I'm mistaken, but that would be where I'd focus on making a change.

houssaon The wallpaper and the chairs seem to go very well together. The rug color looks off. Somehow you need to put the gray in the rug and the sage in the wallpaper together.

This is tough. I've looked at Thibaut and can't find sage in their fabrics. Lots of apple green though!

Here are a few that might work: Bimini in grey, Tropical Fantasy, Papaya and Sweetgrass.
