The look of stacked stone as a kitchen backsplash
has anyone used the type of tiles that have the look of stacked stone as their kitchen backsplash? i love the look of stacked stone and want to encorporate it in my new kitchen. i have seen it in white/beige tones and also darker tones

lucindalane If it is what I am thinking it is, I think it would look okay, but it will be a very prominent feature, so all your other items in the kitchen couldn't have any pattern in them that would clash. I would do a very smooth countertop and a very neutral floor. One thing about the stacked stone is that it will probably have a lot of colors in it, so you could choose one of them for you other surfaces.
