New Kitchen Needs Chandelier
Hello.

We designed and built an open modern kitchen last year and now need design advice in regards to the chandelier.
I bought a temporary one from Ikea but now we'd like to put something with a little more style up.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you very much,
Benjamin

Perhaps 3 of these over the island? I think a dark color needs to be brought in to draw your eye up.

homerenoz Great suggestion. Minus the crystals in the centre, it's a perfect pendant.....

patriciarhall the metal element of the pendants would be pleasing with the stair rail and the copper looking coffee table.

homerenoz Tying in the stair railing is a great idea. Thank you Patricia.

Yes, definitely needs a large lighting element.
There were too many decisions to make originally, which is why we went with a temporary low profile one.

I like the third one from Restoration.
Thanks Ellan:)

homerenoz Pretty cool looking!

I'd probably have to hire someone full-time to change the burnt out lights:)

mcbride2304 Cxny has some beautiful lighting that reflects amazing patterns on ceiling. Check out the website. Hive Modern has great fixtures as well.
