Help needed for kitchen cabinet and countertop selection

I have selected four combinations listed below
Andover Maple nutmeg cabinets with brown eyes granite
Andover Maple nutmeg cabinets with giallo Vicenza
Wyoming cherry Bordeaux square or arch cabinets with Giallo Vicenza granite
Wyoming maple auburn glaze square or arch cabinets with Giallo Vicenza

Will the above combinations work in a U shaped kitchen with an island and stainless steel appliances? Which will be the best? Any changes needed? I will have to select one of the above in 2 days..am confused now without seeing the real pics as it is a new construction.
I have attached pics of brown eyes and giallo Vicenza granites along with andover maple nutmeg cabinet door.

webesj I prefer the cherry Bordeaux cabinet and the first granite together (black and white). If you went with the maple cabinets I'd select the other granite (more browns). My house has a lot of the maple nutmeg color in it and maybe I'm just ready for a change, but it is pretty. Have you thought about making the island a different color than the rest of the cabinets? I really like that too. You could go with maple cabinets against the wall and a dark brown or black cabinet for the island. I also like it when the island has a granite counter top and the main counter is a solid color quartz. Whatever you decide, you can't go wrong. All very nice.

Aegean-Designing Whims We're seeing more customers go with a little darker cabinet, so that's what I'd recommend. I like the browner granite top. See if that comes in what's called Sense Granite, where the granite is impregnated with sealer before it's fabricated and installed.

I'd also decide what type of backsplace would go with the granite. Are you working with a design center (since it's new construction) or is this your own project.

Whichever way, don't let anyone make you make a selection unless you're 100% with it. Contractors tend to do that so they can keep the project running smoothly.
