Total kitchen (and lifestyle!) update
We removed a wall that separated our tiny, outdated kitchen from our family room. We added a bar and updated the cabinets, counter tops, appliances, floor, paint...you name it! It has changed the way we live as now the kitchen and family room are open. I actually have learned to cook and my husband and I spend much more time together!

Sharyn Great job! Why was there an exterior type door leading from the kitchen to family room? Add on room addition? Just curious. Cute pup!

Paradise Restored Landscaping & Exterior Design Thanks for the extra photos - Bet you just LOVE it - nice to hear about learning to cook and the TLC moments you are sharing - Opening kitchen/dining/family rooms make for great family evenings - the homework, or TV, or chit-chat while preparing dinner - you are certainly right about your total life update! Enjoy!

lrhat Yes, it had been the garage and former owners made it into a family room. We redesigned that room at the same time we did the kitchen so all the woodwork, floor, etc carries through. Thanks for noticing the pup! He's a sweety...
