Fencing on a garden or backyard in a hilly area is very difficult but with a little discretion you can definitely get rid of all the obstacles. For tips on building a fence on a hilly area, read my blog: "Landscape Challenges: Installing a Fence on a Hilly Area", http://blog.californiafenceco.com/landscape-challenges-installing-fence-hilly-area/
