White kitchen cabinets or dark?
I have a small space but its very light and will be open to a small den. It will be an L shaped kitchen with a large island with hardwood floors Having a time trying to decide if I want the white cabinets for a classic bright space or dark for a warm sophisticated space. The cabinets will also be the built ins on the den wall.

Something I've discovered is that dark colours often make a room look bigger, taller, and I think contrast helps a lot. White walls, with dark columns/dressed posts, and/or dark floor-to-ceiling cabinetry can look elegant and heighten the appearance of one's space.
