I vote for yellow with red drawers.... :=) that is if your dresser is the star of the room. Otherwise, I think yellow would be inspiring enough by itself. If you do paint it, make sure you give it plenty of drying time before using it again. Especially for the top of the dresser.

Ethos Interiors I love the bold yellow in the example image above, but would definately use silver hardware. If you choose to use red though, a fire engine red with brass hardware would look amazing.
