Need help for curtains.

I have mahogany colour bedroom furniture. At present my curtains are dirty peach colour. I want to change these curtains. My bedroom wall is White . Bedroom size is 15 x 14 ft. I have only one big window, this is a lake view window. What colour scheme will look best for my bed room , please suggest.

Aegean-Designing Whims Are all your walls white? Do you need privacy at night? Would you keep the window coveirngs open during the day to make the best of the lake view? And, do you think you'd like shades or pull drapes?

Shahina Yes all walls are White. I need night privacy and want to use sheer curtains for daytime . My furniture style is traditional so I want traditional type curtains. Help me choose a colour .

olldbobbi With your lake view, I think light blue curtains with white sheers would work great. Thermal backed curtains will allow for the most privacy and light control. [houzz=
