San Francisco Bay Area - Need help finding a bed!

Need help finding a bed!

I was checking out upholstered beds at Room & Board the other day and found several styles I like, except for one flaw: they are all very low to the ground! On average, the distance from the top of the mattress to the floor was about 18". I'd like something closer to 24". Anyone know of a good furniture company that would produce a modern upholstered bed that sits a little higher up? Here's a link to the style I'm looking for:

olldbobbi If you can't find the exact size you're looking for, you could put your bed on risers, this will lift it about 6". A set of 4 will run about $20.00.

Bonnie Restoration Hardware has a bed that is similar to the one you like. The platform is 15" inches off the ground then you add the mattress. So depending how thick your mattress is the top of mattress to floor measurement may be greater than 24".
