houscom Thanks so much for taking the time to get back to me - I've taken another look at the house and it really has so many clever design ideas, love the tall vertical windows in the kitchen and the skylight running the length of the cooking area, have just noticed the small vents running alongside the skylight - are they air vents or halogen lights. I am currently working on my own house reno in Melbourne and while I do have a design background (graphics) all my research is purely for my own interest - honing in on what I really want and need is my biggest problem!! - and find the right professionals for all the different areas is also very daunting. Thanks again
