How to treat a basement bedroom window above a knee wall.
Our basement guest bedroom has a window with a knee wall below it. This is the where the foundation and the wood structure of the home meet creating a ledge all the way around the exterior walls. Do I hang curtains all the way to the floor or just to the ledge?
