I'm not sure what colour/combination to use on the exterior. Any idea on the landscape will be welcomed.

Is that structure in the lawn area a decorative feature?

A planting like this would look good: TROPICAL FLA. Look for native plants for your area. This tropical garden in Barbados was done by a stay at home gardener: bajanianna. Here is another photo of plantings: Tropical Florida. I like the tile walkway.

Great yard and the color of the house would work for you: South FLA Landscape. Other colors that would work is Tea Paint Benjamin Moore Spanish Olive, Providence Olive HC-98 by Benjamin Moore, or Honeymoon AF-345 Paint.

Yeah, the structure in the lawn is a decorative feature plus a support for the beam.

Do you have access to various colors of paint?

I would speak to a local landscape designer. (S)he will be familar with local plant material and what will work best for your area.
