Love the colors in this room. Good for you. No HGTV beige for you! Yes a creamy white would look nice especially if it had a pink base. Also if you want to be really bold a blue color would be great but you are going to have to get a color deck and just see which go well with the mauve. Just dont go with a powdery blue from the seventies. Go with a color that has a high chroma and value

Dudes, that is a stock image from Dear Kids. That is not the person's room.

Dear poster, It would help a lot if you showed readers the colour of the floor, trims, other furniture and even the ceiling. Too, it would be good to know what style of house you have and the other colours in your house. Why people who reply go to more bother than the person who asks the original question, I do not know.

the poster stated that the cabs in the pic was what they "basically" had in the space.
