Need ideas for a floor plan
It is an L shape home with lots of woods in the back. Struggling to get two bedrooms and 2 bath and kitchen and keep an open floor plan. Any ideas?

Architectrunnerguy Get a creative person to go there and spend a few hours with you all hunched over a table figuring out what to do. I call these "design charrettes". I do these all the time as well as any other designer worth his/her salt.

You're looking at some healthy 5 figure number or a six figure number of your hard earned money here so be smart about it.
