Judith Taylor Designs Looks like a good space for a linen closet. If you don't need that much storage I think a nice piece of freestanding furniture would add interest. Restoration hardware has some lovely pieces or you might find a thrift shop in need of some TLC.

becksters i thought of a freestanding piece but it seems so deep that you would probably hit your head if furniture placed at back, i thought i might add small antique washstand beside toilet though

thewhitefeather If you can't use it (rather don't need it) for linen storage which would be perfect, and it is indeed just "extra space" put something stunning and unexpected. A simple ladder back chair with a framed print perched in the chair, (or a pitcher and a basin?) for example. Expect the unexpected. A small step ladder with small pots of herbs, providing you have the lighting. It's a wonderful space!

becksters unfortunately i do need it for some storage, small bathroom and only pedestal sink on other wall, otherwise i would love your idea of ladder back chair with a pitcher and a basin

cynthiamartin383 Houssain is right, I'm lookint at the entrance picture of your bath and built in drawers halfway up the wall painted a crisp white would look really nice. You'd be able to store a lot of items in there :)

pcmom1 If you have a kitty, looks like a perfect spot for the litter box. Could have a built in hold a spot for hiding it.

Charmean Neithart Interiors, LLC. Consider open shelves for storage and extra linens. Paper the back wall first for a little kick of color and pattern.

Hope that helps. Charmean Neithart
