Lite4 Outdoor Lighting I am assuming you are asking about the reddish colored tree. Acer Palmatum, probably 'bloodgood' or similar variety. A nice looking Japanese Maple specimen with a good open branching structure.

texasshopgirl74 Looks like a "Fireglow" japanese maple. It can grow 10-12 feet tall.
