Carolyn Albert-Kincl Design I'd like to see a closeup picture of the exterior brick, for color inspiration. I'm thinking medium taupe trim and a red door, but another photo would help.

Ellen Doyle Not sure if this pic is any better.

Carolyn Albert-Kincl Design It shows the siding better, but I'd like to see the brick close up.

Dar Eckert Painting is a good start. White trim with gray body would be a good start as in the photo. You need to emphasize the front door with a bold color. I think I would remove the wood around the flower beds and add a small deck to the left of the door and some landscaping on the right and on the side of the house. A deck the same hight as the bottom of the door will make the entry more emphasized and eliminate the appearance that the door is floating on the wall.
What are the brown things on the wall?

teeooh I suggest three trees. As you face the house: left corner about 1/4 of the distance from sidewalk to house. Then an ornamental cherry. There is a nice variety that has red leaves with up to 50 feet growth. Then a spring blooming tree such as a magnolia closer to the door and drive.

Do you know your growing zone

Interiors International, Inc. Definitely paint the brown to white. Add a front entry by adding a gabled roof with 2 columns. and a larger stair. Plant shrubs under the windows.
