The flowers are delphinium, a pink monarda (I don't know what variety), and clematis. The area is sunny but tends to be moist because some downspout drainage day lights here, it is a low point in the yard that doesn't drain very quickly. The site is in Denver Colorado which is quite arid, so this planting is unusual for the area.
