cyn222 Remove the clutter on counter and window. Too much going on. How about framing out the mirror with a rich dark wood. I'd restain the cabinets a darker wood to pick up the smaller tiles. There are products out there by Rustoleum that allow you to redo counters and cabinets to colors that might work better. A rich dark wood bathroom would be pretty. I'd place some candles near the tub. Sit back and enjoy. Good luck with whatever you decide.

abbshel Bi-fold door would be great for the storage area. Put up a prettier mirror. If you need things out on the counter then corral them in a nice basket. Maybe paint the wall a shade from your tiles.
Replace white knobs with ...something more updated, and replace your towel bar and faucet with brushed nickel pieces.
You didn't say if you were willing to do a remodel or replace countertop so I'm limiting my answer based on that lack of info.

Megan I would faux-lead or faux-stain the window for sure. I agree about darkening the cabinet. Too much beige. Also maybe get some apothecary jars for the little things. But I actually love the sink faucet!
For the storage area, absolutely do a bi-fold door.. which could match your newly darkened cabinet & mirror frame :)

abbshel Definitely a shade of some sort to raise up and down. Curtains would be way to much for that space, in my opinion.
