tall, 3 section windows with view to lake, want to keep mini-blinds, considering valance on largest window only?

cyn222 I would leave the top window open and install plantation blinds/shutter at base. Nice room.

JMittman Designs I think your windows will look chopped if if you don't install something at the top window. Looks like you get plenly of light.If you want a valance, I would install a board mount valance as high as you can above the window. I'd replace the mini blinds..

wmpj Mini blinds get very dusty and they are difficult to clean. How about roman shades instead?
