Need ideas.

I'm thinking heavily of purchasing this home for myself! I see great potential! I'm thinking a steel roof, Rustin mineral cleaner to get rid of the rust stains off the brick at the bottom. With the help of a pressure washer and some elbow grease and landscaping I see a modern house in the rough! Is a steel roof a good idea?

AMN This house made me think of this Houzz article I saw today about black exteriors. I think the lines and shape of this house make it a good candidate for a dark exterior!

houssaon What a great looking house! Search exterior in Houzz PHOTOS for "metal roof" to see other colors and applications.

For example: Los Altos Hills Residence, Parliament Residence, Fox Hollow (notice the rain chain), and Norfolk House.
