Need help with the bathroom layout

We have a 8 X 6 bathroom and wondering about the layout. We don't wish for a bath tub but a shower would be good. However, placement is an issue. Would like to optimize use of space. Any inputs would be of help.

Dytecture The basic layout looks fine, do you require an enclosed shower stall ? The floor plan reads 6'-0" x 5'-6".

sapnapg Hi. We have changed it to a 8 X 6 in the new plan as we felt the earlier one is too small. Yes, an enclosed shower stall would be great to keep the dry and wet area separate. However, wondering if it is too small.

tsudhonimh Which way is the 8-foot dimension?

A pocket door would save you a lot of floor space. (10 square feet of floor = one door and its swing area = half a small-sized shower.
