anitajoyce I think your room looks nice without a rug under the bed. Although these rugs are nice, for some reason, there is something about these rugs that just doesn't fit the space. Not sure if it's the pattern or the colors or maybe the wall color. Would you think about changing the wall color to another color like a nice blue , blue grey or beige color.

LM Designers I don't think you need a rug on top of the carpet. It just looks nice and clean the way you have it.

Jayme Hobbs I love area rugs...I say go for the rug, but I do like the layered look and also like area rugs on top of carpet!! :) If u have that style, the colorful Serendipity one would be awesome, if u are more traditional, go with a less busy one.
