decoenthusiaste These are close, but no cigar! Maybe the companies that make them make other versions.

Tres McKinney Design It looks like they are the Harlequin cage lantern but without the candle shades that decoenthusiaste just posted. The room image you posted looks like a retail shop not a residence. Where did you find the image? You should be able to purchase from the shop where the image was taken.

swewer I googled that and the description came up drum shade with metal lattice . ShadesofLight. Com. Showed similar ones to what the others above showed.

nicolezw I'm not sure the Horchow ones are as tall as the ones in the picture. Problem with the picture I posted is that I found on pinterest and there weren't any links or credits to the photo. -- We are building a custom home and upon entering the front door, we have a very long foyer so we tried breaking it up into 3 sections by adding moldings, detailed ceilings and an area in each section to hang a light fixture of some sort.. determined to find it!!! thanks for all your help!! keep it comin', please :)
