Basement "Pub Style" sports bar concept.
I have clients that want a "Pub Style" sports bar in the basement and its to include a family room, fireplace, and an area for sports memorabilia. Here is what I came up with. It's a 3D rendering and my final meeting is this weekend with the clients. Any thoughts ?

City Cabinet Center, San Diego Beautiful overall look. The fire place is a great touch. Your client’s home should become the go-to place for sporting events. One thing I noticed is that all your memorabilia is framed on open walls. If you haven’t already asked your client, you may want to discuss what kind of memorabilia they plan on displaying. I know that most of the items I've accumulated over the years would be best displayed on a shelf or in a glass/display case. This may be something to consider, if you have not done so already.

AMN Beautiful materials and layout. Would be a fab place to hang.
What kind of lighting is used here? It seems very cool. Is it all fluorescent?

Interiors International, Inc. I like the room very much. I feel you might want to rethink the sofas. A square arm instead of that large rolled arm would be more sports bar and lass English library.

AMN Oh wow. I just read that this is a 3d rendering. Kudos on making me think it was a real photo.

Weatherwell Elite - Aluminum Shutters oh I love it. I hear your point Interiors International. But I quite like the rolled arm sofas.....as it is more "pub" as opposed to "sports bar". Depends on what you are going for I guess.

Hierarchy Development & Design Thanks everyone, your comments are much appreciated.

"City Cabinet Center" I agree, the first thing would have to be purchasing the memorabilia first then displaying it correctly, they have a few of the exact pictures, but mainly to get the point across.

"Amn" I guess that means a job well done. Soft white lighting in pot lights though.

"Interiors International, Inc." Yes furniture is still yet to be decided.

"kdeley" Thank you, I will.

"Weatherwell Elite - Aluminum Shutters" I think I agree, I love these sofas and the comfort they provide.

lizzmc77 Beautiful, upscale relaxed sports pub...minus the Yankees memorabilia, although may have to wait another year for RSox ;)

Studio S Squared Architecture, Inc. Nice work both here and on your website! What software do you use for modeling and rendering?

Hierarchy Development & Design Thank you very much. I use Sketchup and Kerkythea. Kerkythea has quite a difficult learning curve, but it's free.

jccbaker The wall by the stairway, which has the bats and emblem, would be perfect for a dartboard.
