Cole Barnett Interiors I love Barren Plain by Benjamin Moore. It is a brown/gray but appears more gray when it's on the walls. I used it in my Floral Park album if you want to see it in a space. :)

rluchinski If you are starting with a blank slate anyway I would find bedding that you love and then pick your paint colour from that. Also consider building around artwork you want on your walls. The bed is going to be mostly what you see with a king size in that smaller space, so I'd make the walls work with it rather than vice versa....

Lisa We love the colors we chose (Valspar Mica and Moby Dick). We decided to get rid if the carpet and restore our hardwood floor. More pix to follow!

Lisa After hours of looking at bedding online, we chose this one. What appeared to be red in the photo shown on the internet, we received the bedding with a more wine color. The reverse side is black and white gingham. We were a little disappointed that the red ended up being more wine, but we're still liking it. I would love some input about this bedding.

My DH bought me this bedroom furniture, so we should have our bedroom complete in 3-4 weeks.

We are now thinking about window treatments. Plantation shutters, perhaps?

I look forward to your input on the bedding and window treatments along with accent colors.
