Need help with kitchen/dining room

The kitchen was remodeled and I want to demo the wall between the kitchen and dining room to give it an open space concept. Also, I would like to incorporate a pantry closet in between the two rooms. Any suggestions on how should the two rooms flow together with wall color and or how the furniture should be placed. Maybe this project isn't necessary for me to do if I decide to move in the future. I would like some feedback from some creative minds out there.

If you have moving in mind, you probably won't get the investment back on what you are planning. If you need pantry space, why not buy a piece of pantry furniture for that end wall by the kitchen table? Your project will require flooring meshing, furniture be eliminated, etc. Looks good already and you say you already have remodeled the kitchen, so that would have been the time to do this project.
